Martin “Marty B.” Bowie is a Wichita-based keyboardist, songwriter, producer, educator, and worship musician with over two decades of professional performance experience. Known for his soulful style and versatility across gospel, jazz, R&B, rock, and contemporary music, Marty has built a reputation as both a dynamic performer and passionate mentor. In addition to performing and producing, he leads youth music education programs in Wichita and serves as Minister of Worship Arts at Tabernacle Bible Church.

Described as "the big man with a big voice and a bigger heart," Marrque Nunley is a multi-talented artist based out of Wichita, Kansas. Best known for drumming, poetry, and production, he has collaborated with dozens of artists on hundreds of artistic projects from the studio and for the stage. He also showcases a commitment to fostering artistic expression in his community by teaching creative performance as a part of Confluence Music School.
Nunley's journey in music has been marked by resilience and a dedication to his craft. He has spoken publicly about his rise in the hip hop, poetry, and band scenes, his experiences with homelessness, and his drive to help artists achieve their full vision and manifest their best artistry. As a drummer, he has performed at major festivals across North America (with bands such as “Rudy Love & The Encore” and “Earth Arrow”) and is recognized as a supportive figure in his local music scene, dedicated to collaboration and community.

Angelo Rodriguez is a Wichita-based music producer, recording engineer, and educator whose roots in the local music community run deep. As Studio Director of La Onda Studio, he oversees day-to-day studio operations, session production, and the technical infrastructure that makes the studio a professional-grade resource for Wichita artists. A working producer with a background in beat making and music production, Angelo brings both technical expertise and community credibility to his role — and carries both into the classroom as a Beat Making & Music Production instructor at Confluence Music School, where he teaches students the craft of music production from the ground up.

Adam Hartke has spent more than two decades helping build Wichita's independent music infrastructure from the ground up — not from the outside, but as a working member of the community he serves. He started in 2004 with Easy Living Studio, recording over 500 songs for local and regional artists and producing more than 100 live showcases that helped lay the foundation for Wichita's modern independent music scene. From there he founded Wichita First Friday, a monthly citywide music crawl that at its peak brought together 25 venues, 50+ bands monthly, and up to 4,000 attendees, meaningfully growing revenue for participating venues and creating a platform for local artists that hadn't existed before. He followed that with the LIV Music & Arts Festival, Hartke Records, and a stint at the Wichita Orpheum where he grew attendance 22% and revenue 54% — all before taking on a role with Riverfest as the booking and operations director, helping push the festival into Pollstar's Top 30 worldwide outdoor festival rankings. Today he co-owns The Cotillion Ballroom and Wave, two of Wichita's most established live music venues, and has extended his advocacy to the national level through active involvement with the National Independent Venue Association during the Save Our Stages campaign, which led to $16 billion in funding for independent music ecosystem to help it sustain through the COVID pandemic and subsequent industry shutdown. At La Onda Music, Adam leads label operations, artist development, and strategic direction — drawing on twenty years plus of building things in this city, region, and country from scratch.
